Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an IT support role, preferably with exposure to network, CCTV, and hardware troubleshooting.

• Technical Skills:

o Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

o Basic understanding of Mikrotik, ONU, Media Converter, Microsoft Office, LAN Cabling.

o Familiarity with Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11, Windows Server. basics).

o Knowledge of computer hardware components and their functions.

o Ability to troubleshoot common hardware and software issues.

o Basic understanding of CCTV systems.

• Soft Skills:

o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

o Customer-service oriented with a patient and helpful attitude.

Responsibilities & Context:

The Junior Executive (Network, CCTV, Computer, Printer & Hardware Engineer) will be responsible for providing first-level technical support and maintenance for the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, CCTV systems, computers, printers, and other hardware. This role involves troubleshooting, installation, configuration, and proactive maintenance to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all IT-related equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Network Support: * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of network devices such as routers, switches, and WiFi access points. * Monitor network performance and connectivity, identifying and resolving basic network issues. * Troubleshooting of LAN/WAN connectivity problems. * Assist in maintaining network documentation (IP addresses, network diagrams).

2. CCTV System Management: * Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVRs, and NVRs. * Ensure proper functioning and recording of all surveillance systems. * Troubleshoot CCTV system issues (e.g., camera connectivity, recording failures, playback problems). * Assist in retrieving footage for authorized personnel when required.

3. Computer & Software Support: * Provide first-level technical support for desktop and laptop computers (hardware and software). * Install, configure, and update operating systems (Windows) and various software applications. * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware malfunctions (e.g., RAM, hard drive, motherboard issues). * Assist users with software-related queries and issues.

4. Printer & Peripheral Management: * Install, configure, and troubleshoot various types of printers including network printers * Perform routine printer maintenance (e.g., toner/ink replacement, paper jam resolution, print head cleaning). * Manage printer drivers and connectivity issues. * Provide support for other peripherals such as scanners, projectors, and UPS devices.

5. Hardware Maintenance & Repair: * Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware faults for computers, servers (basic level), and other IT equipment. * Perform basic repairs and component replacements (e.g., RAM, hard drives, power supplies). * Maintain an inventory of hardware components and spare parts.

6. User Support & Documentation: * Provide courteous and efficient IT support to end-users, addressing their technical issues in a timely manner. *Create and update technical documentation, user guides, and FAQs. * Escalate complex issues to senior IT personnel when necessary. * Support Over Phone for remote users. * Ready to visit to other remote offices (Rangpur Division).

7. IT Asset Management: * Maintaining an accurate inventory of all IT assets, including hardware and software licenses. * Track asset movement, assignment, and disposal.

8. General IT Support & Compliance: * Adhere to IT policies, procedures, and security guidelines. * Participate in IT projects as assigned by the IT Manager. * Stay updated with new technologies and industry best practices. * Maintain a clean and organized IT workspace.
