- Skills & Expertise: Call Center, Call Centre Management, Complaint handling, Customer Support/ Client Service.
Responsibilities & Context: Attend inbound and outbound calls of customers
Listen and understand the customers' complaints and provide suitable solutions to customers
Executive
Receive customer complaints and forward the complaint to the concerned department
Provide information over the phone to customers regarding products & services.
Follow up after sales service-related emails and reply to the customers
Provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer.
Report day-to-day activities to the concerned authority.
Duty Time: 10 AM - 06 PM
