Responsibilities & Context: - Receive and manage incoming phone calls from customers
- Provide accurate information about us.
- Handle volunteer registrations.
- Respond to comments and messages on our Facebook page and other social media
- Maintain positive and professional communication with all clients.
- Comfortable to travel to outside of Dhaka for charity campaigns with team (100% safe & secure for female)
