  • Receive and manage incoming phone calls from customers
  • Provide accurate information about us.
  • Handle volunteer registrations.
  • Respond to comments and messages on our Facebook page and other social media
  • Maintain positive and professional communication with all clients.
  • Comfortable to travel to outside of Dhaka for charity campaigns with team (100% safe & secure for female)
