- Basic knowledge of air ticketing or travel services is a plus.
- Computer literacy and CRM understanding preferred.

- Make outbound calls and generate quality travel leads.
- Explain packages clearly and guide interested customers.
- Share ticketing options and confirm client travel requirements.
- Provide updated visa information to prospective customers.
- Maintain customer database and update daily sales records.
- Follow up clients promptly to close potential deals.
- Communicate offers professionally and ensure client satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales target through consistent calling.
