Maintain good communication with Customer

Handle customer complaints and product availability issues with empathy and efficiency.
Support the home delivery process to ensure timely and accurate service.
Monitor and ensure service quality standards are maintained at the outlet level.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Promote and explain the loyalty program to new and existing customers.
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as per business needs.
Perform basic physical tasks when necessary to support customer service operations.
