Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
Sales collection entry, receipt-payment record keeping, cash disburse to petty cash, bank deposit & contra entry posting;
Maintain cash register regularly;
Concern wise voucher posting (cash/bank payment);
Month end adjustment/journal entry posting;
Bill processing work;
Bank payments and Bank reconciliation’s
Monthly VAT payment processing;
Monthly management accounts preparation;
Any other work assigned by management.
