Responsibilities & Context:
Key Job Responsibilities:
• Credit & due bill collection from corporate customers.
• Ensure proper money receipt issuance for every collection.
• Maintain daily cash & credit sales reports and update software records.
• Verify salesman sales reports and coordinate with accounts department.
• Maintain individual customer files and credit records.
• Handle corporate clients and manage documentation processes.
• Resolve billing and service-related issues.
• Check jar stock at customer points and identify misuse.
• Conduct market surveys and identify new customers.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports to management
