Responsibilities & Context:
Guide, and monitor the procurement team to ensure smooth execution of daily operations and achievement of departmental KPIs.
Ensure effective coordination between procurement, supply chain, operations, finance, and sales teams for seamless business execution.
Identify new suppliers and build relationships with imported category products.
Identify revenue optimization opportunities through developing new products, better sourcing, better margin or through building better promotional deals..
Ensure target margin form suppliers through negotiating deals and increase margin based on yearly finance targets.
Develop reports and insights on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to ensure product efficiency (lifting vs sales).
Identify problems and assist the procurement team to achieve the team targets.
Ensure right pricing of products through regular market price monitoring.
