We work with modern EduTech solutions, helping institutions transform the way they operate. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Telesales Representative (Pre-Sale) who will be the first touchpoint for our customers and play a vital role in driving conversions.
Work Hours: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Full-Time)
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
- Qualify warm leads through 30–40 inbound/outbound calls per day
- Understand and document prospect requirements
- Enter gathered data into CRM / Trello
- Collaborate with the post-sale team to ensure smooth handover
- Nurture potential customers until they are ready for closing
- Clearly communicate customer details and insights to internal teams
- Demonstrate product/solution features online to prospects
