Responsibilities & Context:

The aims of Universal Medical College & Hospital is to ensure quality medical service for all patients, in a respectful, safe and compassionate environment. To achieve the goals UMCH follows all health and safety requirements. We are looking for skilled, professional & well experienced Executive- Call Center / Information Desk.

  • Greet over phone and welcome patients, visitors, and guest in a warm and professional manner.

  • Receive all incoming letters, parcel and ensure daily PABX services.

  • Control telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.

  • To provide accurate information about doctors, sitting time, departments, location of services provided etc.

  • Answering telephone calls and conversation politely.

  • Coordinating patients with admission procedures.

  • Dealing with all requests in an efficient and courteous manner.

  • Scheduling appointments for patients.

  • Making sure that the appointments system runs smoothly.

  • Accurately collecting information and personal details about patients.

  • Detailed job responsibility will be given at the time of joining.
