  • Strong willingness to put in maximum effort to reach targets

  • Eager to learn, grow, and adapt

Nice To Have

  • Basic familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello)

  • Previous experience selling EduTech solutions

  • Basic working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace

  • 0–2 years of telesales or telemarketing experience

  • Experience managing Facebook pages

We work with modern EduTech solutions, helping institutions transform the way they operate. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Telesales Representative (Pre-Sale) who will be the first touchpoint for our customers and play a vital role in driving conversions.

Work Hours: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Full-Time)

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

  • Qualify warm leads through 30–40 inbound/outbound calls per day

  • Understand and document prospect requirements

  • Enter gathered data into CRM / Trello

  • Collaborate with the post-sale team to ensure smooth handover

  • Nurture potential customers until they are ready for closing

  • Clearly communicate customer details and insights to internal teams

  • Demonstrate product/solution features online to prospects
