Responsibilities & Context:

NR Business Solution Ltd. is expanding its global tele-sales division and seeking energetic, articulate, and target-driven professionals to join our high-performing international sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a structured environment, enjoy communicating with diverse clients, and are looking to build a rewarding career with strong growth potential.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday — 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Night Shift)

Engage International Prospects: Make outbound calls to potential overseas customers with confidence, clarity, and professionalism.

  • Deliver Compelling Sales Pitches: Follow well-crafted communication scripts to present our services and highlight their value effectively.
  • Customize Solutions: Understand client needs and tailor offerings to suit each prospect’s business profile and requirements.
  • Achieve Performance Targets: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, including call volume, conversions, and quality metrics.
  • Build Positive Client Relationships: Maintain a customer-centric approach to foster trust and long-term business engagement.
  • Collaborate & Improve: Work closely with the sales team, share insights, and contribute to ongoing process enhancements.
