Experience:
6 months – 1-year experience in customer service or e-commerce (Freshers may apply).
Excellent communication skills in Bengali and English (written & Verbal).
Good typing speed and ability to respond quickly on Messenger/WhatsApp
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email handling)
Familiar with Facebook page inbox management and online order processing
• Knowledge of return & exchange handling
Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally
Must be polite, patient, and sales-oriented
Basic understanding of online delivery process (Pathao, Steadfast, etc.) is a plus
Friendly, patient, and problem-solving attitude

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media
Handle order confirmations, tracking updates, and delivery follow-ups
Manage returns, exchanges, and refund processes
Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
Maintain customer records and order details
Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery partners
Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive brand experience
