• Diploma in Nursing

• Educational Requirments: Diploma/ BSc in Nursing from an accredited academic institution and recognized & registered by the Bangladesh Nursing & Midwifery Council (BNDC)

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear

• Age 20 to 25 years

• 01-02 Years Job Experience in Hospital, Diagnostics, Health Organisation.

• Patient Assessment & Monitoring: Conducting physical exams, recording medical histories and vigilantly monitoring vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, temperature) to detect changes in condition.

• Medication & Treatment Administration: Administering prescribed medications and performing wound care, and assisting physicians with complex medical procedures.

• Developing and implementing individualized care plans and overall Factory worker wellness.

• Health Education: Instructing patients on disease prevention, at-home recovery steps, and proper medication usage to ensure safe discharge and long-term wellness.

• Emergency Response: Delivering life-saving interventions, stabilizing patients in critical situations, and the ability to remain calm under extreme pressure.

• Clinical Competence & Physical Stamina: Proficiency in using Medical Equipment like infusion pumps, ventilators, and physically demanding tasks, such as lifting or repositioning patients.
