Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Diploma

• Diploma/B.Sc. in Footwear Technology, Leather Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear

• Age At least 23 years

• 3–5 years of experience in a footwear manufacturing industry.

• Sound knowledge of footwear production processes and quality standards.

• Basic knowledge of industrial machinery operation and maintenance.

• Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

Duties & Responsibilities – Footwear Technician

• Operate, monitor, and maintain footwear manufacturing machines and equipment.

• Ensure smooth production processes in accordance with company standards.

• Inspect raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure quality compliance.

• Identify and report production defects; take corrective actions where applicable.

• Perform routine machine maintenance and coordinate with the maintenance team for major repairs.

• Maintain production records, machine logs, and quality inspection reports.

• Assist in sample development, product trials, and process improvements.

• Ensure compliance with production schedules and achieve daily production targets.

• Follow workplace safety, health, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.

• Maintain proper housekeeping and 5S practices in the production area.

• Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance (QA), Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to ensure efficient operations.

• Comply with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
