1. Client Communication

   • Maintain regular contact with clients through calls, emails, or meetings.

   • Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.

2. Relationship Management

   • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.

   • Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

3. Handling Client Queries

   • Respond to client questions, complaints, or service issues.

   • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve problems quickly.

4. Business Development

   • Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services.

   • Support sales team in growing business with existing clients.

5. Client Meetings & Presentations

   • Arrange meetings to discuss projects, services, or feedback.

   • Present company services or proposals when needed.

6. Documentation & Reporting

   • Maintain client records and communication history.

   • Prepare reports on client feedback, satisfaction, and performance.

7. Project Coordination

   • Work with internal departments to ensure client projects are delivered on time.

8. Client Retention

   • Develop strategies to retain clients and strengthen partnerships.
