Key Responsibilities
• Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses)
• Prepare and maintain payment and receipt vouchers
• Maintain cash book and ledger
• Assist in bank transactions and bank reconciliation
• Prepare invoices and basic financial documents
• Support the preparation of monthly financial reports
• Maintain proper documentation of financial records
• Assist senior accountants or finance managers
