Responsibilities & Context:

Job Description / Responsibility

• Responsible for maintaining records of daily financial transactions on accounting software.

• Manage day-to-day accounting functions Communication with bank when required

• Prepare and enter settlement of debit notes and credit notes into system.

• Reconciliation of Bank reports & Provide necessary MIS to the reporting authority.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance & Banking

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting

• Skills Required: Tally, Quickbooks, VAT and Tax, MICROSOFT OFFICE

Additional Requirements

• High skill in computer must in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word.

• Having knowledge in Accounting Software. (QuickBooks / Tally)

• Ability to work independently and contribute to a team environment

• Good communication skills in English (Written/ Verbal)

• Have ability to work under pressure

• Knowledge in Vat & TAX will provide advantage.
