Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context

We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Female Intern to join our team as a Receptionist. This is a Paid Internship where you will gain hands-on experience in front-desk management, client communication, and office administration.

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors/clients with a professional and positive attitude.

  • Manage incoming phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate person or department.

  • Provide basic information about our services to walk-in clients.

  • Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable.

  • Perform basic administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and managing daily visitor logs.

  • Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth office operations.

Candidate Requirements

  • Gender: Only females are allowed to apply.

  • Education: Students currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or recent graduates (HSC candidates with excellent communication skills may also apply).

  • Skills: Good command of English and Bengali (Speaking & Typing).

  • Attributes: Pleasant personality, punctual, and well-organized.
