Responsibilities & Context:
Identifying and reaching out to potential clients to promote our travel packages.
Handling customer inquiries regarding domestic and international tours, flight bookings, and hotel reservations.
Maintaining follow-ups with leads to ensure successful sales conversions.
Assisting the team in daily office operations and client management.
Promoting company services through social media and other marketing channels.
