Responsibilities & Context:
Quality System Management: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems (QMS).
Inspection & Testing: Oversee pre-production, inline, and final inspections, ensuring adherence to quality benchmarks.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate QA/QC teams to uphold high standards.
Process Improvement: Analyze defects, implement corrective/preventive actions, and drive efficiency.
Supplier Management: Conduct audits, evaluate raw materials, and ensure vendor compliance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with design, production, and sourcing to align quality goals with product development, Reviewing and approving proto, fit, and PP samples.
