*Setting up full stack service centers, call centers, and logistics hubs to translate corporate strategy into concrete, locally adapted processes while maintaining cost efficiency.

*Managing cross functional teams, fostering collaboration through clear communication, localized operation programs.

*Building end to end pipelines for data preprocessing, annotation, and fine tuning across multiple service domains.
