• Selected Applicants will be in a minimum of six months of employment contract.

• Self-motivated, independent workers with the ability to multitask.Professional, courteous, and know proper phone etiquette.

Responsibilities & Context:

Office Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 𝐏𝐌 𝐭𝐨 5:00 𝐏𝐌 𝐍𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓 𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐅𝐓)

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Candidates have to make outbound calls to the USA or Canada.
• Learn details about our service.
• Offer solutions based on the client's needs and capabilities.
• Follow communication scripts when handling different situations or topics.
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
