Job Responsibilities:
-Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the U.S. market on behalf of client campaigns
-Pitch services/products persuasively while following approved call scripts and objection-handling techniques
-Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule appointments for the sales/client team
-Accurately log call outcomes, lead details, and follow-up notes in the CRM/dialer system
-Meet daily/weekly call volume, talk-time, and appointment-setting targets
-Handle rejections professionally and maintain a positive, persistent approach across calls
-Follow U.S. telemarketing compliance guidelines (e.g., do-not-call lists, calling hours) as instructed
-Coordinate with the Office In-Charge/team lead on campaign updates, script changes, and daily performance
-Participate in training sessions to improve pitch delivery, objection handling, and product knowledge
-Maintain confidentiality of client and prospect data
