Customer messages and queries-এর দ্রুত ও ভদ্রভাবে reply দেওয়া
Customer service পরিচালনা করা
Call center-এর incoming/outgoing calls handle করা
Customer problems identify করে solution দেওয়ার চেষ্টা করা
Office-এর rules & regulations মেনে চলা
Inventory counting, checking এবং stock update করতে সহযোগিতা করা
প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী অন্যান্য office-related কাজ করা
