What You’ll Do
· Act as my personal application specialist – apply to jobs on my behalf across LinkedIn, Xing, and company career portals.
· Visit each company’s website, not just job boards.
· Tailor my CV for every single application – match keywords from the job description.
· Maintain a simple tracker with dates, company names, and status.

What I’m Looking For
· Extremely detail‑oriented And AI usage ability to make the best out of it– you catch typos and format errors.
· Comfortable with LinkedIn, Xing, and corporate application systems.
· Good written English (reading & editing CVs).
· Self‑disciplined – you work without micro‑management.

Daily Minimum KPI (Non‑negotiable)
· Minimum 30 real applications per day (research + tailoring + submission).
