• Bachelor's Degree (Graduate) from a recognized university.

• Exceptional English language proficiency with near-native fluency in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.

• Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with: Native American clients, Law enforcement agencies, Emergency dispatch centers, Security professionals, Corporate stakeholders

• Excellent report writing and documentation skills.

• Strong computer proficiency and ability to work with multiple applications simultaneously.

• Ability to remain calm and make critical decisions during emergency situations.

• Strong attention to detail and observational skills.

• Previous experience in CCTV monitoring, dispatch operations, surveillance monitoring, security operations, call centers, or emergency communications.

• Experience with surveillance platforms such as Avigilon, Genetec, Milestone, Verkada, Hikvision, or similar systems.

• Security Operations Center (SOC) experience is highly preferred.

• Experience interacting with U.S.-based clients or law enforcement agencies.

• Monitor multiple CCTV and surveillance systems in real time.

• Detect and assess suspicious activities, security breaches, trespassing, theft, vandalism, and safety hazards.

• Dispatch security officers, law enforcement, emergency services, or designated personnel when necessary.

• Communicate effectively with police departments, clients, security personnel, and emergency responders.

• Respond to alarms and surveillance alerts according to established procedures.

• Maintain accurate dispatch logs and incident reports.

• Escalate critical incidents to supervisors and management.

• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and client instructions.

• Prepare detailed written reports using professional English.
