Responsibilities & Context:
Customer এর সাথে phone call এবং message এর মাধ্যমে communicate করা। Inbound এবং outbound sales call করা। Customer এর বিভিন্ন প্রশ্নের উত্তর দেওয়া এবং প্রয়োজনীয় information provide করা। Sales generate করা এবং daily call ও sales update maintain করা। Customer communication record maintain করা। Customer satisfaction নিশ্চিত করা এবং repeat sales এর জন্য নিয়মিত customer follow-up করা।
