Job Responsibilities

• Maintain daily business earnings and expense records. Preparing daily,weekly and monthly financial reports in Excel and PDF formats.

• Perform general computer operating tasks.

• Create basic graphics/posters/social media content using tools like Canva,Photoshop or similar software.

• Assist in maintaining online business pages and digital content.

• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Required Skills & Experience

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry,formatting, basic formulas,reports).

• Good typing speed and accuracy.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and PDF preparation.

• Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator preferred).

• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Filmora, or similar software preferred).

• Ability to work independently with responsibility and attention to detail.
