Office Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 𝐏𝐌 𝐭𝐨 5:00 A𝐌 𝐍𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓 𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐅𝐓)

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective international customers

• Utilize predefined communication scripts to articulate service value

• Tailor offerings based on client profiles and specific needs

• Consistently achieve assigned performance metrics and conversion goals

Remuneration Structure:

• During Probation (Initial Phase): BDT 15,000 - 20,000

• Post-Probation: BDT 20,000 - 30,000

𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬:

• Attendance Bonus: BDT 2,000

• Transport Allowance: BDT 1,500

• Dinner: Fully subsidized (post-probation)
