Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Proactively call warm leads and potential customers to introduce Ecomdrive’s services.
Consultative Selling: Understand the customer's pain points and explain how our automation tools solve them.
Lead Management: Follow up consistently with prospects who haven't committed yet.
Closing: Handle objections professionally and guide the customer through the signup/purchase process.
Requirements:
Male/Female, both.
Minimum HSC or a graduate degree in any discipline.
Strong communication skills with a polite and persuasive speaking style.
Patience and the ability to work under performance targets.
Basic computer and smartphone skills (Experience with Ecomdrive or courier portals is a plus).
