Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling: Proactively call warm leads and potential customers to introduce Ecomdrive’s services.

  • Consultative Selling: Understand the customer's pain points and explain how our automation tools solve them.

  • Lead Management: Follow up consistently with prospects who haven't committed yet.

  • Closing: Handle objections professionally and guide the customer through the signup/purchase process.

Requirements:

  • Male/Female, both.

  • Minimum HSC or a graduate degree in any discipline.

  • Strong communication skills with a polite and persuasive speaking style.

  • Patience and the ability to work under performance targets.

  • Basic computer and smartphone skills (Experience with Ecomdrive or courier portals is a plus).
