Experience:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Call Center, or related field.
Experience in e-commerce or fashion retail will be preferred.
Educational background in Business, Marketing, or relevant discipline.
Strong communication skills in Bangla and English.
Good typing and computer skills.
Ability to handle customers professionally and calmly.
Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, email handling, and messaging platforms.
Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented mindset.
Confirm customer orders through phone calls and messages.
Follow up on pending and dispatched orders to ensure timely delivery.
Handle and respond to customer queries via phone, email, and social media.
Manage inbox and comment queries on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
Maintain accurate records of customer communications and resolutions.
Coordinate with logistics and e-commerce teams for order updates and issue resolution.
Ensure a professional, helpful, and positive tone in all customer interactions.
Provide after-sales support and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when necessary.
Support overall customer service operations as required.
