Additional Requirements:
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Call Center, or related field.

  • Experience in e-commerce or fashion retail will be preferred.

  • Educational background in Business, Marketing, or relevant discipline.

  • Strong communication skills in Bangla and English.

  • Good typing and computer skills.

  • Ability to handle customers professionally and calmly.

  • Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, email handling, and messaging platforms.

  • Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented mindset.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Confirm customer orders through phone calls and messages.

  • Follow up on pending and dispatched orders to ensure timely delivery.

  • Handle and respond to customer queries via phone, email, and social media.

  • Manage inbox and comment queries on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer communications and resolutions.

  • Coordinate with logistics and e-commerce teams for order updates and issue resolution.

  • Ensure a professional, helpful, and positive tone in all customer interactions.

  • Provide after-sales support and ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when necessary.

  • Support overall customer service operations as required.
