Responsibilities & Context:
  • Call customers for order confirmation and verification.

  • Ensure prompt replies to customer messages on Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

  • Respond to all comments and customer queries in a professional manner.

  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.

  • Book couriers and manage order fulfillment processes.

  • Coordinate with courier partners for parcel booking, dispatch, and delivery follow-up.

  • Assist with packaging or on-hand packaging when required.

  • Maintain clear communication with courier services regarding deliveries and returns.

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management as needed.
