Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers politely

• Take food orders accurately and serve food & beverages

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet

• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally

• Support kitchen and cashier when required

• Maintain service standards as per company policy

• Ensure customer satisfaction at all times
