Responsibilities & Context:

1️⃣ Lead Calling & Qualification

• Make outbound calls to prospective students from allocated lead databases.

• Qualify leads based on study interest, destination preference, academic background, and intake timelines.

• Fix counselling appointments for the sales/consulting team.

2️⃣ Follow-Ups & Conversion Support

• Conduct timely follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

• Nurture warm leads to convert them into walk-ins or virtual consultations.

• Maintain daily call and appointment conversion targets.

3️⃣ CRM & Data Management

• Update all call outcomes, remarks, and appointment schedules in CRM

• Ensure lead data accuracy, duplication checks, and proper pipeline tagging.

• Generate daily/weekly calling reports.

4️⃣ Campaign & Event Calling

• Support marketing campaigns by calling event registrants, seminar sign-ups, and fair attendees.

• Drive attendance for Admission Days, university visits, visa seminars, and webinars.

5️⃣ Customer Experience & Brand Representation

• Provide accurate basic information on destinations, universities, and services.

• Maintain professional call etiquette and positive brand representation.

• Handle inbound enquiries and route them to relevant counsellors.
