1️⃣ Student Counselling & Conversions

• Provide end-to-end counselling to students aspiring to study in Australia.

• Assess academic background, financials, and career goals to recommend suitable universities and programs.

• Drive high Meeting → Application → Visa conversions in line with set KPIs.

2️⃣ Application & Admission Management

• Manage complete application processing including documentation, SOP guidance, and submission.

• Coordinate with Australian universities on offers, GTE/GS requirements, and COE issuance.

• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely lodgement of applications.

3️⃣ Visa & Compliance Advisory

• Guide students on Australian visa requirements, financial documentation, and GS/GTE statements.

• Conduct credibility interview preparation and document checks.

• Work closely with visa teams to ensure high visa grant ratios.

4️⃣ Business Development & Lead Management

• Follow up on allocated leads and convert walk-ins, referrals, and event enquiries.

• Participate in education fairs, university visits, seminars, and school outreach activities.

• Build relationships with feeder schools, partners, and referral networks.

5️⃣ Team Leadership & Knowledge Sharing

• Mentor junior consultants and support them in application processing and counselling.

• Share updates on university policies, scholarships, and visa trends.

• Contribute to destination training sessions and performance improvement initiatives.
