Responsibilities & Context:

Please do not apply if you don’t have real-life experience as a TEAM LEADER.

Leadership: Provide strong team leadership, inspiring team members' confidence and motivation. Set clear expectations and objectives, and lead by example.

Team Management: Manage the day-to-day activities of the team, including task assignment, scheduling, and workload management. Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.

Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork within the team and across departments. Encourage open communication, knowledge sharing, and idea exchange to drive innovation and problem-solving.

Performance Management: Set performance targets and metrics for the team, and track progress towards goals. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance team performance and productivity.

Training and Development: Identify training needs within the team and coordinate training programs to develop skills and knowledge. Provide mentoring and coaching to team members to support their professional growth and career advancement.

Conflict Resolution: Address conflicts and issues within the team promptly and effectively. Mediate disputes and facilitate resolution to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to ensure that projects and tasks are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with other departments or stakeholders to secure necessary resources and support for team initiatives.

Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on team performance, including progress towards goals, key metrics, and challenges encountered. Maintain accurate documentation of team activities, decisions, and outcomes.
