Responsibilities & Context:
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

  • Provide technical support to Customers

  • Escalate complex technical problems to proper department

  • Follow up with customers on issue resolution

  • Maintain customer records and documentation

  • Explain package features, updates, and service plans

  • Coordinate with Other Departments
