Key Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with customers via Messenger.

• Bangla & English typing with customers

• Provide detailed product information and follow up to drive sales.

• Maintain accurate daily call logs, reports, and customer records.

• Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and create positive experiences.

• Collaborate with support and operations teams to ensure smooth interactions.

• Assist with additional administrative or operational tasks as needed.

• Report daily activities to the team leader or supervisor.
