Job Context
We are looking to expand our team with talented Sales or Customer Service Executives who can professionally engage with customers and contribute to the growth of our business.
Job Location
- Prurbancol len 15 , North badda, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain professional communication with customers via WhatsApp and Messenger
- Providing relevant product information and follow up to successfully drive sales.
- Maintain daily communication and follow-up with potential and existing customers
- Resolving customer issues promptly and effectively
- Collaborating with the support team and operation team to ensure smooth customer experiences
- Provide support and assist with additional tasks as required by the company.
- Report to team leader / supervisor on daily activities
