Experience Requirements

  • Experience in online customer support, social media inbox handling, or e-commerce support will be preferred
  • Fresh graduates may apply if they have strong English expertise
  • Good English typing speed on computer is required (minimum 30 WPM).

  • Strong expertise in written English is mandatory
  • Candidates with IELTS certification or any professional English language course will be given priority
  • Excellent knowledge of English grammar, sentence structure, and professional tone
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with social media platforms
  • Strong customer service mindset and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple customer conversations simultaneously

Job Responsibilities

  • Reply to all customer messages on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and website chat in English only
  • Provide accurate information about products, prices, sizes, availability, and delivery
  • Maintain a polite, professional, and brand-consistent tone in all communications
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups efficiently
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams when required
  • Maintain records of customer interactions if necessary
