Job Responsibilities
- Reply to all customer messages on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and website chat in English only
- Provide accurate information about products, prices, sizes, availability, and delivery
- Maintain a polite, professional, and brand-consistent tone in all communications
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups efficiently
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams when required
- Maintain records of customer interactions if necessary
