Grand Kacchi Restaurant – Entry Level Manager / Supervisor Job Criteria

1. Education: Minimum HSC or Bachelor’s degree (Educational qualification is relaxable for experienced candidates.)

2. Experience: Freshers or 0–1 year experience in restaurant/food service.

3. Communication Skills: Good communication and polite behavior with customers.

4. Basic Management Skills: Ability to assist in staff supervision and daily restaurant operations.

5. Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of POS system, billing, and inventory.

6. Personal Qualities: Honest, responsible, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.

7. Work Time: Flexible to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Entry-level restaurant manager should have at least HSC/Bachelor’s education with good communication skills. Freshers can apply but basic knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service is preferred. Candidate must be responsible, hardworking, and able to handle customers and staff politely. 🍽️
