Skills Required: Data Entry (Both English & Bengali),FLUENCY IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE,Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and direct communication

  • Provide product information and pricing details to customers

  • Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Accounts departments

  • Follow up on orders, delivery status, and payments

  • Maintain customer database and update records

  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently

  • Prepare customer service reports

    Additional Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)

    • Problem-solving ability

    • Well-organized and responsible

    • Ability to work under pressure

      Experience Requirements:

      • Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service / Sales Support

      • Experience in garment accessories or manufacturing industry will be preferred
