Experience:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and direct communication
Provide product information and pricing details to customers
Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Accounts departments
Follow up on orders, delivery status, and payments
Maintain customer database and update records
Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
Prepare customer service reports
Additional Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Problem-solving ability
Well-organized and responsible
Ability to work under pressure
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service / Sales Support
Experience in garment accessories or manufacturing industry will be preferred
