• Excellent communication and customer handling abilities
• Sound knowledge of sales, inventory, and reporting
• Ability to work under pressure

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage overall showroom operations and daily activities

• Achieve sales targets and drive sales growth

• Supervise, train, and evaluate Sales Associates

• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction

• Manage stock, inventory control, and visual merchandising

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

• Implement company policies, procedures, and management instructions
