Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations to ensure high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.

Kitchen Coordination & Culinary Oversight: Utilize basic cooking knowledge to supervise food presentation, portion control, taste consistency, hygiene standards, and kitchen prep efficiency.

Staff Leadership: Manage, schedule, and train floor and kitchen staff (servers, cashiers, line cooks) to maintain high performance and customer care standards.

Customer Relations: Maintain customer satisfaction by greeting diners, addressing complaints swiftly, and handling feedback constructively.

Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor inventory levels, oversee raw ingredient sourcing/stocking, minimize food waste, and coordinate with suppliers.

Sales & Financial Reporting: Oversee daily sales registers, cash management, POS systems, and submit daily/weekly performance reports to owners.

Health & Safety Compliance: Strictly enforce food hygiene standards, kitchen safety, and Mall/Jamuna Future Park operating regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Tourism & Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields (Relaxable for highly experienced candidates).

Experience: 3 to 5 years of management/supervisory experience specifically in a Chinese or Pan-Asian restaurant.

Technical Skills:

Basic culinary/cooking knowledge to guide kitchen staff and maintain authentic flavor quality.

Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) software, inventory tracking, and MS Excel/Word.
