Responsibilities & Context:

Role Overview

We are seeking articulate, responsible, and detail-oriented individuals to join our International Communication & Operations Team. This role involves real-time coordination with international stakeholders, monitoring operational activities, and ensuring all tasks are executed according to established protocols.

The position requires strong English communication skills, high reliability, and the ability to work effectively during overnight shifts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain real-time communication with international stakeholders through web-based and mobile platforms

  • Monitor scheduled activities and ensure compliance with reporting timelines

  • Escalate issues promptly in accordance with established procedures

  • Follow detailed client protocols to ensure accuracy and operational consistency

  • Maintain clear task logs, reports, and shift handover notes

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations
