Required Experience & Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum 2–3+ years of hardcore field sales or field business development experience

• Highly Preferred field sales experience in FMCG, Battery (Lead/Li-Ion), Pharmaceutical, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances sectors

• Proven experience in handling field-level or informal customers such as small businesses, garages and workshops.

Mandatory Requirements

• Must own a motorcycle

• Must hold a valid driving license

• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory

Job Purpose

Serviqore is hiring a Field Sales Executive to support business development activities for TikTiki GPS Tracker, focused on onboarding auto-rickshaw garages and workshops. This role is 100% field-based and requires regular visits to workshops to build partnerships, generate leads, and close onboardings.

Field Sales & Market Development

• Visit rickshaw garages, workshops, and driver points on a daily basis

• Onboard new garages and build long-term relationships

• Establish strong TikTiki brand presence within assigned territories

Product Demonstration & Activation

• Conduct live demonstrations of TikTiki GPS Tracker

• Coordinate trial installations and support onboarding

• Ensure post-installation follow-up and active usage

Reporting & Coordination

• Submit daily visit reports and kilometer (KM) logs

• Provide weekly performance updates

• Communicate customer feedback and issues to the internal team
