Responsibilities & Context:
Position Overview
Serviqore is seeking disciplined, young, and energetic undergraduate students in the early years of their degree programs, preferably 1st or 2nd year who are eager to gain hands-on, real-world corporate experience alongside their studies.
As a Security Operations Center (SOC) Trainee, you will work directly out of our secure operational facility, executing real-time telemetry oversight, daily report auditing, and international communications for Western security firms across North America and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Live Operations Monitoring: Track live GPS checkpoints, monitor software alerts, and oversee guard telemetry in real time.
Report QA & Auditing: Review and polish Daily Activity Reports (DARs) to ensure strict English accuracy and client SLA compliance.
International Communication: Coordinate clear, professional communications with foreign clients, supervisors, and field teams via email, communication software and applications, and web portals.
Protocol Execution: Learn and execute specific SOC protocols and emergency escalation workflows under fast-paced scenarios.
Essential Competencies
Academic Status: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program.
Exceptional English Skills: Clear, professional written and verbal English communication (British or American accent alignment is a plus).
Operational Discipline: Strong attention to detail, high accuracy under pressure, and zero tolerance for sloppy work.
Technical Aptitude: Fast learner comfortable navigating cloud platforms, live software dashboards, and internet tools.
Reliability: Strict punctuality, shift discipline, and adherence to facility & security protocols.
