The Goal: To minimize the risk of visa rejections by providing expert documentation, profile assessment, and university/employer matching.
1. Lead Management & Outbound Sales
Facebook Lead Conversion: Proactively calling prospects who interact with social media content to qualify their interest in international education or employment.
Discovery Calling: Conducting initial interviews to assess a candidate's profile (GPA, work experience, budget) against current immigration or admission criteria.
2. Client Handling & Advisory
Process Counseling: Providing clear, concise information regarding document checklists, timelines, and the "reality" of moving abroad.
Trust Building: Managing client expectations and addressing common anxieties related to visa rejection or relocation.
3. Strategic Follow-ups
Pipeline Retention: Executing a consistent follow-up strategy via calls and messaging to ensure interested prospects stay engaged throughout the decision-making process.
CRM Management: Maintaining an organized database of lead status, ensuring every social media inquiry receives a timely response.
4.Digital Content Creation & Social Media
Video Production: Scripting, filming, and basic editing of short-form video content (Reels/TikToks/FB Videos) to explain visa updates, university requirements, or success stories.
Brand Advocacy: Acting as an onscreen presenter to demystify the work permit process, making the firm more approachable and trustworthy to the online audience.
Engagement Growth: Utilizing video to drive "Call to Action" (CTA) responses, directly increasing the volume of leads from the Facebook page.
