Additional Requirements:
- Age 18 to 35 years
Experience:
0–1 years for entry-level roles (Training often provided)
1–3 years for senior or counseling roles
Experience in student visa processing, university applications, or customer service is a big advantage.
Language & Communication:
Fluent in English and Bangla (writing & speaking)—IELTS/TOEFL knowledge is a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to write professional emails and SOPs (Statement of Purpose)
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Basic internet research and documentation skills, Knowledge & Attributes
Counseling and guiding students with course/university selection
Must be patient, responsible, organized, and student-focused
Willingness to learn about frequent changes in the international education system
Sales or marketing experience (preferred for target-based roles)
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
Responsibilities & Context:
Location: Kemal Atatürk Avenue, Banani, Dhaka.
